A JESUS Film Harvest Partners ministry trip is similar to a work and witness trip. It is a self-led trip of 7-15 people who purchase and deliver a set of JESUS Film equipment to a team. Trip participants work along side the JESUS Film team so show the film helping others accept the gift of eternal salvation.

10 Ministry Trip Steps 1. PRAY - Decide to go on a Ministry Trip/Contact JFHP 2. PRAY – Coordinate with JFHP to select destination 3. PRAY – Recruit participants and raise funds 4. PRAY – Work with field leadership on travel details 5. PRAY – Help reach one more person for Jesus If this sounds like something you are interested in… Pray for God’s direction. The first step is to decide to go on a trip. I hope after our time together today you begin to check your spirit to see if God is prompting you to partner with JFHP for Kingdom building. Pray about a destination – go to the JESUS Film Harvest Partners website to see the current needs list for locations. Pray for others to join – this not a one man show. The purpose is Kingdom building not just in other countries but also building up your own church family. You will raise funds to take JESUS Film equipment to the field as part of your trip. Pray for the field and the coordination of the trip. You will work with field leadership. JESUS Film staff will connect you with leaders on the field to coordinate the details. Pray for the lost - The ultimate goal is to reach one more for Jesus. You will see lives changed for eternity! You will notice each step begins with prayer. This is God’s work, not ours we need His direction at every step.

11 What’s the cost? The project cost is $ $6000 for JESUS Film equipment Field expenses for food, lodging and transportation average $45-$85 per person per day, plus air travel to the country. You probably saying “How much?” The equipment sets range from $4,000 for a backpack set, which is the most requested set, to $6000 for a large equipment set. Each country tells us what set they need. On the ground cost average $45-$85 per person, per day. This amount includes food, lodging, and transportation. Finally, airfare is needed.

12 Free Equipment Set for DS Trip
Organize a trip for your DS & district pastors and the equipment will be provided by JFHP. Thanks to generous donors, we are able to provide a set of equipment at no cost to districts which coordinate a DS/Pastor trip. This is a gift of $4,000-$6,000! As the name states, this is a ministry trip comprised of the District Superintendent and district pastors. We want to facilitate getting our DS and pastors to the field. They are still responsible for the airfare and the on ground expenses.
