16 VHSL Eligibility Student in “Good Standing”
Pass 5/Take 5 (previous semester determines eligibility) VHSL Physical -- Must have a VHSL Physical on File (After 5/1/17) -- Concussion Page -- All 5 pages filled out Age Rule Shall not reach 19 on or before the first day of August of the current school year. Transfer Rule Must fill out “Transfer Papers” Semester Rule Eligible for 8 consecutive semesters from the date he/she entered the ninth grade.

19 GENERAL INFORMATION School Attendance Transportation
Athletes must be in attendance for full day in order to participate in contests/practices (if not, must have note from doctor/parent/etc) ** Code Of Conduct – Page 20 – Number 4** Students must attend all scheduled classes or an approved school activity on the day of competition/activity to be eligible to participate in extracurricular activities on that day. The principal or his/her designee may make exceptions to this standard for students with extenuating and/or unusual circumstances. Transportation Provided by school (school buses) Students may not be transported by anyone other than their parents. (With coaches permission only)
