2 introduction The National Health Policy (NHP) sets out guiding principles for the health sector. The current NHP was written in 2002 and reviewed in 2009. The 2009 version was not validated.

3 Why review the nhp? Changes in national context especially following the Ebola Outbreak and new ways of working. Changes in international context - post-MDGs, and emergence of regional and global health systems thinking.

7 How health sector partners CAN CONTRIBUTE AT THIS STAGE
Please send any evidence you/your organisation have that you believe should influence the National Health Policy to by 20 June. Research organisations if you have spare human resource capacity (does not need to be in country) then we will definitely appreciate support in sifting through the evidence.
