TechTracker is a service advancement that allows us to notify you of which technician is coming to your location, when they are scheduled to arrive, and that they are qualified to service your site. Designated site contacts receive when service is scheduled showing you: Name of technician Technician’s picture Technician certifications Follow-up communication notifies your contact that the technician is at the call prior to yours so they know exactly when to expect them. Service ticket is closed when customer on-site contact signs off on the job. Job is Scheduled Service Appointment Reminder Technician is On the Way Service Completed
