In effect, Breitbart said he was bringing balance to the dialogue. Balance, Breitbart was saying, was more important than the accuracy of details. COUNTERPOINT Although literally accurate, Breitbart’s excerpts were misleading and irresponsible. Sherrod’s life was disrupted, her career jeopardized.
