2. Project Grad Graduation Night 11PM – 5AM
Seniors must purchase tickets May 8th or 10th before school & during lunch in senior lot or from Mrs. Peavy in library May 8-11th.
Senior ticket $25; guest ticket $35.
Guests must be an APHS student or complete an out-of-school date form. (no guests over 20)

Bring your 3rd 9 weeks Report Card to Alan Jay GMC (by Kody’s)
Entries must be received by Saturday, April 28th

4. Cap & Gown
If you have not purchased a Cap & Gown go to: Herffjones.com and shop the catalog (late fees will apply)
If you are using a sibling’s gown and did not order the tassel, medallion, & diploma cover, see Mrs. Jahna after today’s meeting.
Cap & Gown order pick up Friday, April 6th during lunch in Room 302 – Bring ID
Unclaimed gowns can be picked up from Mrs. Jahna the week of April 9th.

5. Senior Fines Must be paid to participate in graduation.
You will not receive graduation tickets if you owe a fine.
Pay library fines to Mrs. Peavy by April 28th
Pay cafeteria fees to cafeteria by April 30th
See Mrs. Goodwin in office to pay textbook fines.
All other fines must be paid to your coach/sponsor

6. Grad Bash
Meet at the front office no later than 4:30pm on Friday, April 27th.
Dress must be appropriate (see handout).
We will return to school Saturday at approx. 4AM
No large purses or backpacks.
Consider bringing portable phone charger.
You are responsible for anything on the bus.

7. Senior Celebrations Pool Party Thursday, May 3th
Report to the pool from advisement at 1:05PM.
Pizza & soda provided.
Friday, May 4th – Senior Sick Day

8. Baccalaureate
Practice is Thursday, May 10th at First Baptist Church (NO food, drinks or gum.)
You must be present for practice to participate in baccalaureate unless you pre-arranged the absence with Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Jahna
Baccalaureate is Sunday, May 13th at 7PM in cap and gown
Line up at 6:30PM
Baccalaureate seating is limited
Tickets are not issued, but only 800 will be allowed in the church.
To be fair to each graduate, we ask that you invite no more than 4 guests to baccalaureate.

9. Graduation Senior Lunch 11:30am APHS Graduation Practice 1:00pm
Mandatory grad practice Friday, May 18th at SFSC auditorium following the senior lunch at APHS
You MUST be at graduation practice to participate in the grad ceremony – NO exceptions. Do not have any other plans until after 3PM on graduation day.
You will get your tickets at the end of practice.
Line up 6:15 pm at SFCC
Graduation 7:00 pm

10. Tickets Each senior can expect 7 tickets for graduation.
You will get your tickets at the end of practice on graduation day.
You may sign up with Mrs. Jahna for one possible extra ticket (if tickets become available) beginning Tuesday, May 8th.
Tickets will be dispersed after practice, one at a time, until we run out of tickets.
Every person has to have a ticket, even babies, as per fire marshal.

11. What to wear? For baccalaureate and graduation:
Ladies wear a solid white or off-white dress with white, tan, or silver shoes.
Gentlemen wear dark slacks and shoes (black or navy) and a dark tie with a white button-down collared shirt.

Bring your class history stories on paper to Bryce by May 1st or…
Contribute on Google Docs Class History from Remind
Inappropriate subject matter can not be included in the class history speech.
