1 REPLENISHMENT GRANTS

4 By April 15 How much money your chapter has to award Add funds your chapter may be holding

5 Chapters establish their own voting procedures
Five voters recommended; at least three voters required Student must reside in regional boundaries of chapter making the award Have a minimum 3.0 GPA Be admitted to BYU Show financial need

6 By May 15 330 recipients

7 May deny a grant if eligibility status of recipient has changed
Honor Code Full-time student (at least 14 hours per semester) Not enrolled

8 Celebration After receiving notification of the final approval, alumni chapters are encouraged to send their own letters of congratulation to recipients and make a public presentation. Send-off party Invite to future events

13 Reminder Letters 940 letters Graduated 5 or more years ago More than 10% remaining to replenish “If you are in a position to do so, we invite you to continue or begin your part in replenishing these funds to support current students at BYU.”
