Rachael N. Clark is a Manager with PwC's Cybersecurity and Privacy Solutions practice in New York. She capitalizes on her multidisciplinary background to offer innovative, culturally sound solutions for clients facing the challenge of keeping pace with the increasingly complex privacy and cybersecurity landscape. She leads teams in the execution of projects for companies with security and privacy programs at a variety of maturity levels, helping some to develop a defensible privacy program and others to bolster their sophisticated global program to reach GDPR compliance.
Rachael is a Certified Information Privacy Professional as well as a licensed attorney. Over the course of her career she has counseled business teams on changes in a variety of regulatory areas, and has collaborated with various stakeholders to address issues relating to business operations and expansion. She specializes in working with business teams to assess gaps in privacy and compliance programs and creating the policies and procedures to remediate the gaps.
Prior to joining PwC, Rachael was in house counsel for a management and consulting company offering services in the healthcare space following several years as a litigator specializing in insurance defense. Prior to earning her law degree she worked in Moscow, Russia at an English-language newspaper and as a communications coordinator a t a Big 4 firm. Rachael speaks Russian and French and is an active member of the professional community; she volunteers with the International Association of Privacy Professionals and holds leadership roles in the Association of Corporate Counsel, New York City Chapter and the New York City Bar Association's Women in the Legal Profession Committee.

Aman Tiwari is a Manager with PwC's Cybersecurity and Privacy practice based in New York. He specializes in providing privacy and data protection services and advising clients on next generation cyber and privacy solutions including cybersecurity & privacy business maturity assessments, privacy program strategy, assessment, development and implementation, advanced data discovery, mapping and inventorying, and vendor risk management. He combines over seven years of privacy governance and program management, cross border privacy compliance, including GDPR, Privacy Shield, and BCR readiness assessment and remediation planning, and data lifecycle management experience serving global organizations in a variety of industries.
Aman has lead and managed multiple teams across US, Europe and Asia Pacific, executing on global privacy engagements including GDPR readiness assessment, remediation planning and implementation support; privacy program strategy, development, roll-out and ongoing compliance; data discovery, inventory and data flow mapping; SOC2 TSP (security, confidentiality and privacy) readiness assessment; privacy program maturity assessments; cross border data transfer governance and implementation strategy; and third party risk assessments.
His experience spans across multiple industries including banking & capital market, technology, medial & telecommunications, retail and consumer, travel & hospitality, energy & utilities, healthcare, education providers, consumer products group, and chemical manufacturing.

Yoon Chong is a Principal in the NYM Internal Audit Services practice with over 16 years at PwC. He specializes in the banking and capital markets sector with extensive experience within internal audit, governance, compliance and broader risk and controls services. He led co and out-sourcing arrangements and consulting engagements with domestic and global financial institutions on the redesign and enhancement of their internal audit and compliance controls testing frameworks including risk assessment, program execution and reporting methodologies. He is also leading the build-out of the practice’s regulatory compliance testing service offering across key regulations including Volcker CEO Certification, CCAR and IHC.
Yoon has 7 years of experience leading teams within Goldman Sachs’ IA Department, managing various lines of business audit teams such as Bank Holding Company, Compliance, Risk Management, Capital Markets Fixed Income, Commodities and Currencies (FICC) internal audit teams, and helping his IA clients in meeting the expectations of bank and securities regulations including numerous interactions with Federal and State regulators. He was also involved with co-managing the department’s transformation of their core activities such as IA methodology, audit universe, risk assessment and planning process, audit execution framework, issues management framework, continuous monitoring and management reporting. His prior experiences also included advising senior management in executing, structuring, valuation analysis of complex derivative transactions and in mergers and acquisitions including due diligence, structuring and financial accounting within the financial services industry. Yoon is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor.

Mike Walker joined PwC in January 2015 as Managing Director within the FS Internal Audit Practice in New York, focusing on regulatory compliance in the banking sector. He has over twenty-five years’ experience working with international financial institutions and has held senior positions in Internal Audit and Compliance risk management. Mike served as Americas Region Deputy Head of Internal Audit for a major international financial institution, with direct responsibility for audit coverage of financial controls, credit and operational risk, banking operations and technology, and regulatory compliance. Mike recently served for several years in the capacity of Senior Vice President and Head of U. S. Regulatory Compliance testing for a major global bank, with responsibility for building and executing a comprehensive, world-class compliance testing program which is now a global model. Mike currently leads PwC Internal Audit and Regulatory Compliance engagements for major banking clients.

Tanya SooHoo is a Director in PwC’s Risk Assurance practice, specializing in risk management, audit execution, and GRC Technology.  She has led multiple engagements assisting clients in the automation and integration of risk and compliance programs, including business process and IT management controls for 3rd Party Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, SOX, Internal Audit, IT Security and governance programs.  She has also assisted clients with application selection, implementation, and optimization of leading GRC technologies.  She is focused on clients in the Financial Services industry.
