7 Additional Information
Additional documents were created as we progressed. These documents are very detailed and included screen shots. PARCC "Live" Test Session Setup & Adding New Students Adding Special Accommodations for students Enabling Proctor Caching PARCC Configure TestNav Instructions (10 Easy Steps) All documents were shared with the Test Administrators, School Test Coordinators and Technology Coordinators in their google drive.

8 Infrastructure Trial In attendance during the Infrastructure Trial at each school: Central Administration Building Administration School Testing Coordinators Technology Coordinators Additional Guidance Counselors, Technology Teachers and other available Teachers

9 Follow-up Test Coordinator Meeting
After the trials, the District Test Coordinator, School Test Coordinators and the Supervisor of Technology met to debrief. Agenda included: Complications Solutions Questions Moving Forward Scheduling test dates Setting up a Test Session in the live website for the upcoming field test administration Classes Test Sessions Adding New Students

10 Field Test Observations
Students accepted the technology extremely well Teachers were anxious and interested at the same time Principal and teachers from around the school were encouraged to visit and observe the sessions

11 Conclusion of the Field Test
The District Test Coordinator, School Test Coordinators and the Supervisor of Technology met to discuss the field test in June 2014. Agenda included: Debriefing Recommendations for the number of Tech Coordinators at each school Discussion and implementation of Personal Needs Profiles (PNP) Technology required in the schools was emphasized Create mock PARCC tests for the teachers to complete during Common Planning Time or Professional Learning Community Time Discussed training for all teachers on Nov. 4, 2014

3 County Meetings January 8, 2014 March 12, Vineland hosted this meeting May 28, 2014 Overall items discussed: How are districts preparing for PARCC PARCC Technology requirements PARCC Field Test Training Scheduling Allow other district to try a sample test on different devices Chromebook, MacBook, iPad (Vineland provided this opportunity)

14 PARCC PNPs & Equipment The District Test Coordinator, Director of Special Ed, Supervisor of Technology and a School Test Coordinator created our district’s Personal Needs Profile based on the 3 edition of the PARCC Accessibility Features and Accommodations Manual. PNPs: Completed PNPs by Dec. 19th Enter PNP’s into Genesis by Jan. 9th Schedules: Create and submit the school PARCC Testing Schedule by Dec. 12th for review. NJSmart Submission deadline Jan. 16th

17 Communication Effective communication played a key role in the success of the entire process. Superintendent meetings were used to disseminate critical information. Collaboration with other districts was essential in developing a plan for Vineland. Everyone worked together as a team to determine the most effective way to provide training to the teachers. As we continue to receive information from the state regarding the Spring 2015 PARCC Assessment, we notify all the necessary personnel.
