1 Tuesday February 27, 2018 TEKS: D—Differentiate between structure and function in plant and animal cell organelles, including cell membrane, cell wall, nucleus, cytoplasm, mitochondrion, chloroplast, and vacuole. Learning Target: By the end of class, students will be able to identify some organelles in plant cells and animal cells using the microscope. Science Starter: Get with your ADI Groups

2 (Must be signed by Mrs. Hinds, Ms. V. or Mr. Isaac)
1. Tell me something good/rater 2. Organelles to know: cell wall, chloroplast, vacuole, cell membrane, nucleus, cytoplasm, mitochondria 3. Finish Investigation Proposal Required—YES (for all group members) pg. 14 in workbook. (Must be signed by Mrs. Hinds, Ms. V. or Mr. Isaac) 4. Begin working on the cell lab. (Data collection) A. View slides B. Compare results with group members 5. If you finish the data collection, then you may begin the argument presentation. (pgs ) 6. Once you complete the workbook pages, then you may use the Google Classroom assignment link for the Google Slides. (One per group…you will need to share the slides so you can collaborate together.)
