8. 2017/2018 Preseason Speed and Agility Training / Conditioning:
Monday – Wednesday 4:00 – 5:30
Strength Training:
Tuesday - Thursday 4:00 – 5;30
Ends January 18

9. Spring 2018 Season
Practice after school during the week with the exception of game day. Time: 4:00 – 6:00** **There may be some before school practices if needed do to weather and practice field conditions. Bus is provided to all away games.

Volunteer fee is $75. This will be refunded to you at the end of the season if you have completed the required number of volunteer activities. (**) If you have done more then you are eligible to receive additional funds back.

Volunteer registration will be setup after assessments have been done and based on the number of players.

Level A – $125- ¼ page ad with brief message about company or for player / team; sponsor acknowledgment at all varsity and JV home games.
Level B – $175 -½ page ad with brief message about company or for player / team; sponsor acknowledgment at all varsity and JV home games; and, name or logo on shared sponsor banner that will be hung at all Varsity and JV home games.  
Level C – $250 - full page ad with brief message about company or for player / team; sponsor acknowledgment at all varsity and JV home games; and, name or logo on shared sponsor banner that will be hung at all Varsity and JV home games, and team jersey.
MVP Level – $500 or greater – full page ad with brief message about company or for player / team; sponsor acknowledgment at all varsity and JV home games; name or logo on individual 3’x5’ sponsor banner that will be hung at all Varsity and JV home games, and team jersey.

At the Team Registration, everyone will be asked to select a volunteer preference for:
• Concession stand duty (home team game)
• Game day duty (clock, player stats, announcing, table)
• Distribution of game day meals for players / coaches
Volunteer Fee $75**

17. Lesson for the Season Rules for Sons
1. Never shake a man’s hand sitting down. When shaking hands, grip firmly and look him in the eye.
2. Be confident and humble at the same time.
3. In a negotiation, never make the first offer.
4. Act like you’ve been there before. Especially in the end zone.
5. When entrusted with a secret, keep it.
6. Hold your heroes to a higher standard.
7. Play with passion or not at all...
8. Don’t let a wishbone grow where a backbone should be.
9. Be like a duck. Remain calm on the surface and paddle like crazy underneath.
10. Never turn down a breath mint.
11. In a game of HORSE, sometimes a simple free throw will get ’em.
12. Give credit. Take the blame.
13. Always protect your siblings (and teammates).
14. Eat lunch with the new kid.
15. Return a borrowed car with a full tank of gas.
16. Never be afraid to ask out the best looking girl in the room.
17. If you can’t laugh at yourself – then you can’t laugh at someone else.
18. Ask your dad to play. He won’t let you win.
