6 Warm-ups get our brains going. Exercise copy
In two to three sentences, write down what you think poetry is? Are there rules?

7 Notes Poetry: The expression of ideas and feelings in words using special styles or rhythms. Rhyme: When words or phrases sound the same when spoken. Removing the first letter and adding in others is a great way to find rhymes. Free Verse: Poetry that doesn’t rhyme.
