Top 10 Site Features: 1. Notice right away on the home page there is a video - this section will always be updated with the newest video from the company, a department, or an educational video that you can share on social media (show videos) 2. Be sure to use the “search” bar on the top and bottom of each page to find specific content you are looking for easily (FNMA v Fannie Mae example) 3. Notice the “who to contact” section and scan each department as well as the addresses at the bottom to ensure you are reaching out to the right person or department with inquiries 4. The Unify section under the marketing tab has the link to login, register for trainings, and includes the co-branding form 5. The brochures/flyers section of the site has a ton of flyers that you can edit yourself and use (just make sure you still send to compliance for approval first!) 6. The calendar is updated regularly to include trainings, meetings, and more – always check back to see what has been added and also note that when you click on the event, you can hit “outlook” and an invite will pop-up for you to save instantly to your calendar 7. The products tab is broken down by banker and broker, making things easier for you 8. Notice at the bottom of the home page our company reviews are on a live tally – make sure you are following us on all social media! (on home page) 9. All Advertisements must include: In order to comply with the SAFE Act, advertising requirements set for at a federal level under Regulation Z must contain the following (See 12 CFR (a)): Residential Home Funding Corp. Company NMLS # 34973 Full, physical business address - MLO is licensed in Loan Officer’s Name The business phone number – the land-line is required Title (ex-Mortgage Loan Originator, Br. Mgr.) Individual NMLS # Licensing Information – List the states and the licensed information where MLO are licensed Equal Housing Logo -

If advertising mortgage rates, you must clearly list APR and the proper disclosures Make the equal housing logo easy to find Joint advertisements with realtors must share cost Unify CRM company – for more info advertisements – must use CRM (e.g., Unify, Constant Contact, etc.)m- cannot use your Outlook for blasts! Social media websites must be in compliance (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In, Zillow, etc.) All advertisements must be submitted to: for approval prior to distribution or posting online
