4. Student Report: Non-Writing Tests
The student report is a multiple-subject report showing a student's performance on all subjects tested in the administration. This report may be provided to students, parents, or teachers at the discretion of the division/school.

The individual test details will include the score for all tests completed by the student during the administration.

9. Student Detail by Question (SDBQ) Report: Non-Writing Tests
The SDBQ Preliminary Report provides the item descriptors for all questions that were presented to the student during a given test. The report also shows each item's level of difficulty and whether the student answered the item correctly or incorrectly. (Item difficulty is not available for tests created using 2001, 2002, and 2003 standards.)

SDBQ reports will list the Item Descriptors for each reporting category.
If a student does not answer an item, the respective Item Descriptor will be marked as incorrect.
The order in which the Item Descriptors appear is not the exact order the items were presented to the student while taking the test.

13. Student Detail by Question (SDBQ) Report: Non-Writing Tests
SDBQ results for traditional tests will list all Item Descriptors for the reported test form.
The difficulty level of items on tests assessing old standards is not reported.
If a student does not answer a question, the respective Item Descriptor will be marked as incorrect.
The order in which the Item Descriptors appear depends on sequence of the items on the test form.

This report contains information about the performance of a particular group of students. It contains information about each student in the group, including overall test scaled score and reporting category performance indicators. This report is provided to assist school staff in determining areas of strength and improvement for the group of students and individual students.
