Connect-CELL uses Verizon Wireless 4G LTE. With the proper open ports, we can connect through Walchem’s complimentary V-Touch service cutting out all the set up for notifications and addressing. Not only making it easy, but putting us and the factory in touch with your controller. Trouble shooting, set up and modifications would not be any easier and any better supported. Full support is guaranteed! Very simple plug and play technologies and factory testing before it goes, makes you install just that much easier. Flexibility of control. Having the Connect-CELL separate from the controller allows you to move the cell out of the control room where we may not be getting a good signal. Just extend the cables and move up to 100 FT or more.

START UP: Here are the brief and simple start up procedures.
Plug in your Connect-CELL to a reliable standard 115VAC wall socket. Connect-CELL only draws 1.2 AMPS at full load, but be sure not to overload the circuit.
Connect your Ethernet ready controller to the cables provided with the Connect-CELL
Edit your controller IP address to form a network of controller on site (see instructions)
Enable your V-Touch Status and Live Connect Status on your controller.
Contact GTP to verify and complete your set up.
General Treatment Products will now edit or set up your V-Touch account and address your controller(s).
