The outcomes for Keele School of Medicine are given in the right hand columns. The scores are notional percentages calculated from the student responses (they gave a score from 1 to 5). The main point is that the variation in rank is wide – a small change in overall satisfaction can have a big effect on ranking position because most scores are bunched closely together at the top of the scale.
