3 Vision of the Strategic Plan
5 Year Horizon Agency projects from FY 2019 to FY 2023 For Transparency and Agency Focus The Vision of the Strategic Plan is to ask the question of WHERE WILL ACCESS BE in Five Years? What do we (inclusively) want this service and the agency to look like? What are the things that will best benefit our customers and what will improve the overall service? The goal is for transparency, so everyone can see and discuss the goals of the agency, while also focusing Access’ attention, so the agency moves towards a certain goal.
