3. CALL’s New Website
CALL has made changes to the website in an effort to better serve you, the customer. We’ve reorganized our products and provided a more intuitive method of navigation to help you find the product you want more quickly. We have also added a few features to the site that will help you stay up to date on the information you want and make it easier to provide feedback on products and interact with other users who are concerned with the same information.
New Features:
Navigation: Rather than navigating through a hierarchy of web pages, navigation has been simplified and reduced to a product list.
Profiles: Used to facilitate user-related features of the website such as threaded discussion, saved searches, and Wiki submissions.
Wiki: A method of "open editing” which allows everyday users to edit pages in a Website.
Search: We’ve deployed a new and better search capability that gives a great deal more flexibility, allowing us to search within previous results.
