Undertake market research to meet the needs of new and existing development projects, including specialized expertise, knowledge resources in potential new product areas and market positioning using internal resources. Use department members’ personal and business networks to enhance Guest Speaker Series, improve department members’ learning, and knowledge about markets. Reconfigure and expand existing products to enhance quality and ensure that they are more focused, easy-to-use by and add value to our client departments. Analyse case studies to discover how competitors add value and undertakes robust assessment of opportunities and challenges relating to the changing economic and industry landscape. Strengthen communication between corporate and project research team members to exchange research best practices, including compatible databases across the different markets. Develop a strong knowledge base to enhance our reputation among industry peers.
