2. Electronic signatures
Follow requirements from OCIO.
If you are interested in using e-signatures on Intake Forms and Attendance Sheets, please work with your organization to establish a policy that meets the OCIO’s requirements.
SBCTC is not involved in approval process.
SBCTC will only accept an electronic signature if it meets the requirements of the OCIO.

3. Quarterly Beda performance report
Excel format from Data Services department being retired.
New Tableau dashboard being created by Research department.
Plan to deploy with final Fall quarter data.
Will send notice.

4. Monitoring process in beda handbook
The updated monitoring process is now described in the BEdA Handbook.
Updated Tools and Guide posted as well.

5. Monitoring process Complete updated Tool ahead of time & return.
BEdA staff will review & bring follow up questions to visit.
Send list of all classes scheduled during time of visit.
Solicit past & present students for group interview.
Prepare student files requested.
Separate with password protected Word doc.
