OUR LEADERSHIP
Mr. Rohit Bhatia, Chairman and CEO, started this institute in 2007 to fulfill the vision of his father, Shri K.L. Bhatia a renowned hotelier of Delhi owning Center Point Hotels. Mr. Bhatia has over twenty years of hospitality experience in India and abroad. He is the Director Marketing for HTMi Switzerland and looks after setting up international education institutes in collaboration with HTMi, worldwide. He has used his expertise of the hotel and travel business to create an environment for students to learn and grow at RIG. For the last 10 years he has spear headed the growth of the institute and expanded it to Dwarka and Rohini centres too.
Mr. Shyam Suri, a retired IAS officer is Advisor and is assisting in all aspects of the operations of the Institute. He was Secretary General of Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) for many years. During that time he was instrumental in setting of another Hotel Management institute. With IHM RIG, he has been advising for the past 10 years and helping students get great placements worldwide.
Mr. R.K. Saxena has experience of over 40 years. A graduate from Mumbai University and Post Diploma in Specialised Hotel Management from IHMCT&AN, Mumbai he has worked in managerial positions in star hotels at Mumbai & Goa including Taj group. He has worked in Institutes of Hotel Management at Bangalore, Lucknow and Mumbai for 28 years of which 24 years as Principal. He is fellow member of many professional bodies and has attended number of Indian and International seminars and workshops. .
OUR SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME
RIG has an excellent scheme of giving scholarships to meritorious students. All our three year students are eligible for it. Girls who get more than 60% and boys who score more than 70% marks in their 12th Class get 15% reduction in the first semester fees. We also give higher scholarships to deserving students based on financial condition of the family.
RECOGNITION STATUS
All our courses are approved by universities and other competent organizations. Our Greater Noida campus is an approved centre of IGNOU for BTS.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL THE COURSES 
Students for degree and diploma courses must have passed their 12th standard to qualify for admission whereas for certificate courses 10th class pass is the requirement. Those who have appeared in it may also apply. We conduct written test followed by interview for selection of students. Admission in all the courses will be as per norms and guidelines of the concerned university or institution.

IGNOU
Set up in 1985 as a Central University, GNOU today is the biggest university in India. It has about 30 lakh students in India and 35 other countries and accounts for about 13% of all students enrolled in higher education in India. RIG Institute has been approved as Programme Centre of IGNOU Greater Noida for our courses of BA in Tourism Studies (BTS) and Masters in Tourism Management (MTM).

We have academic and training support from HTMi, Switzerland. The latest QS rankings shows that the HTMi has been ranked in top 14 Hospitality & Leisure Management Institutions in the world.
HTMi is bringing a high quality of hotel management education to RIG Institute including its curriculum of international standards. We have a 2 year + 2 year twinning programme with HTMi. Students do two years in India and one year in HTMi. where they earn degree in BA in International Hotel & Events Management. Our three year degree students can continue doing one year MBA / MSc with full credits transfer in HTMi Switzerland after completing their degree in India

DWARKA, NEW DELHI
RIG has a city campus in Dwarka (Mahavir Enclave) in the heart of New Delhi. The location is very close to Dasarthpuri metro station. The campus has been attracting a large numbers of students every year.. It has a spacious area with six classrooms, computer lab, library, a training kitchen and training restaurant.

OUR PLACEMENT SERVICES
RIG institute has earned a high reputation for placement of students. Over 20 reputed luxury hotels like Taj, Oberoi, ITC, Marriott, Hyatt and others visit the campus for recruitment. Number of students are taken for Management Trainee and Executive Trainee jobs. Others join in entry level jobs mostly in five star hotels. Many of our students work in other hospitality sectors like Delhi Duty Free and Airlines. Practically all our students who want the job get a number of opportunities for placements during the last two semesters.
OUR FOREIGN PLACEMENT
RIG Institute has developed relationship with International Hotel companies abroad for placing our students. Seeing the interest of students, we are paying increasing emphasis in this area. Last year we have placed several students of third year in internships abroad which may lead to a job based on performance. These students have been placed in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, New Zealand and Australia. Apart from this several students of second year have been placed for six months internship or industrial training. These are in New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia, Mauritius and Singapore. These students are from both our campuses, Greater Noida and Dwarka. Our students have been placed in cruise ships in large numbers.
UNIVERSITY OF ULSTER, UK
The overall aim of this course is to provide an education of highest international reputation to our students who will study for one and half years at RIG Institute and go to study in Belfast campus of University of Ulster for the final two and half years to earn their 4 years degree of B. Sc. (Hons.) in International Hospitality Management, which also includes one year of paid industrial training in UK. This gives them an opportunity to earn decent wages at the rates prevalent in UK.
NZMA, New Zealand
New Zealand Management Academy is a reputed and well established institution for providing quality education of high standards. It has three campuses, two in Auckland and one in Hamilton.
RIG has an attractive twinning program with NZMA whereby students complete two years of studies in India and earn diploma in Hotel Management. They are transferred to New Zealand for lasHTMi Switzerland. They are allowed to work in New Zealand and many of them t one year to earn BA in International Hotel and Tourism Management from apply for permanent residence there.
