Για οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα παρουσιαστεί με όποια μικροσυσκευή SEVERIN, πιο κάτω θα βρείτε τις διαδικασίες που πρέπει να ακολουθηθούν:
Εγγύηση μικροσυσκευές-ηλεκτρικές σκούπες SEVERIN: 2 χρόνια από την ημερομηνία τιμολογίου του τελικού πελάτη (ισχύει μόνο με την παρουσία τιμολογίου και σύμφωνα με τους όρους εγγύησης-όχι σπασίματα)
Μικροσυσκευές-ηλεκτρικές σκούπες που παρουσιάζουν βλάβη στέλνονται στο service-Λευκωσία (στην πιο κάτω διεύθυνση). Θα πρέπει να αναγράφονται τα στοιχεία του εκάστοτε καταστήματος (όνομα καταστήματος-διεύθυνση- άτομο επικοινωνίας-τηλέφωνο) καθώς και τα στοιχεία του καταναλωτή μαζί και το πρόβλημα που παρουσιάζει η μικροσυσκευή-ηλεκτρική σκούπα. Τέλος θα πρέπει πάντα να επισυνάπτεται το τιμολόγιο αγοράς του πελάτη.
Αν οι πιο πάνω διαδικασίες και στοιχεία που απαιτούνται δεν ακολουθηθούν/αποσταλούν ορθά, τότε η εγγύηση του προϊόντος δεν θα ισχύει.
