Extend the civic & landscape structure of the historic core to the West Campus Unite East & West into one by building development along the central axis Increase the building density of Mid & West Campus Create new quadrangles in the west parts Redevelop Wellborn Road as a tree-lined boulevard Develop two underpasses under Wellborn Road and the railroad Redevelop University Drive as a pedestrian-friendly tree-lined boulevard Replace surface parking with green spaces, buildings & garages, and limit vehicles to perimeter of campus Improve the quality of campus architecture and landscape
