3 German Blitzkrieg of Poland
Germany invaded Poland territory, and hit them with everything that they had. Poland had divided between Germany, the Soviet Union, Lithuania, and Slovakia.

4 Siege of Stalingrad This newspaper article tells us that Nazi Germany and its allies fought the Soviet Union or control of Stalingrad (now Volgograd). The Soviets in the end had came out with the victory, Destruction of the 6th army (the Germans were cut off and surrounded by the allies), the Germans were commanded by Hitler to still try to fight back, but they weren’t successful so the few men that were left decided to just surrender. The battle is considered the turning point of the European theatre of WWII.
