Handball
Four Triangles
One player in the centre. Player A handballs and follows to player B who handballs and follows to the centre player.
The centre player handballs and follows to player C. Then follow the same process.
Each area works the triangle then moves to the next triangle.
All players follow handball to the next spot.
Once players have mastered this, throw in a second ball, follow exactly the same process. C B A
