3. ANALOGY Is a comparison between two things that are usually thought to be different from each other but have some similarities.

4. ANALOGY TEST Analogy test is type of test which is made up of items consisting of a pair of words related to each other. It is designed to measure the ability of the examinee to observe the relationship of first word to the second word

SUGGESTION for CONSTRUCTION of ANALOGY TYPE of TEST 1.The relationship of the first pair of words is equal to the relationship of the second. 2.Distractors or incorrect responses must be plausible or closely related to the correct answer to attract the examinees to the incorrect response. The process of obtaining the correct answer is by logical elimination. 3.All options must be constructed in parallel language.
