3 Lead the project management team and establish clear roles & responsibilities Project Board manage project by exception - leaves the Project Manager in charge within certain parameters and board free to concentrate on other business Decision-making routes and processes are clearly defined Team Leaders coordinating the projects in their department – ownership of project My role - Benefits for NHM
