4. QPSM ISSUES Physical Security ISSUES
MVACIS – Vehicle Screening Operators (Overhires)
CSG programmed costs consumes QPSM’s budget
DACG (085) and Physical Security Specialists (080) should
be captured in QPSM not QLPR (TDA)
.L1 and .L2 setup for execution
– Mission APE for QPSM

5. QLPR ISSUES Law Enforcement ISSUES
42% reduction in identified requirements across the
FY08-13 POM
Civilian pay consumes ~94% of program funding
1443+ DA Police overhires
DA Police authorizations paid by another MDEP (WEAD)????

6. VTER ISSUES Antiterrorism ISSUES
Funding constraints may prohibit program from meeting
mandated DOD and Army policy/standards
Requirements continue to outpace funding in FY09-13
(efficiencies???)
ATO manpower increase unaffordable at this time
Significant drop in CbT RIF funds
(FY07 = $71M; FY08 = $27M)
