22 What Stats does the Food Bank need?
Online Stats What Stats does the Food Bank need? Please report the following stats if your agency is a pantry site: households, individuals, and the percentage of clients under the given income line. Please enter the information under the items with (Pantry) following it. The online system asks for the average number of people in a household. The Food Bank does not track this number for pantries nor does it track it for meal providers.

23 Online Stats What Stats does the Food Bank need?
Please report the following stats if your agency is a meal site: individuals served, meals, snacks and the percentage of clients under the given income line. Please enter the information under the items with (Meal) following it. It can be hard to track percentage of clients under the poverty line during meals; however, please have a plan in place to help your agency report this statistic.

24 Online Stats If you make a mistake while entering statistics, please let a member of the Food Bank staff know (by either ing or calling into the office). We can help you! Be careful while entering statistics, as hitting enter can accidently submit your numbers served report. Please remember to enter these numbers on a monthly basis now, instead of quarterly.
