The highest point in Germany is the Zugspitze which is 2,962 m above sea level and is the highest point in the Wetterstein Mountains.

5 Most Famous Sport The most famous sport in Germany is football or also known as soccer.

6 Popular Festival A popular festival in Germany is the Berlin International Film Festival which is celebrated every year during the month of February. This festival recognizes about 400 films made from about 130 countries for international distribution.

7 Exported Goods and Famous Companies
Some exported goods and famous companies in Germany are the Volkswagen Group which makes cars and trucks, Allianz which has diversified insurance, and the BMW group which makes cars and trucks.

8 European Union Germany is a part of the European Union and it joined in 1951.
