2 Who is OneWeb? OneWeb was founded to make access possible and affordable for everyone OneWeb is a Global Communications Company We’re building a new, truly global infrastructure OneWeb will address several different vertical and geographical markets The start of full Commercial service is planned for 2020 OneWeb is committed to the responsible use of space OneWeb has brought together a group of first class partners 1. Our ambition is to connect all the unconnected schools of the world by 2022 and to fully bridge the digital divide by 2027, making broadband Internet access available and affordable for everyone. 2. Our business model is wholesale. We will operate as a telecommunications company with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to provide coverage beyond the reach of existing terrestrial networks, all over the world. 3. for those who wish for the information, freedom, and economic participation the web enables, particularly in rural areas, and especially for the schools without broadband. OneWeb will work with its joint-venture, OneWeb Satellites, to design and manufacture 900 satellites to form a global Low Earth Orbit constellation starting in 2018. 4. OneWeb will begin launching satellites in 2018 and continue ramping-up until the launch of the commercial products in 2020. 5. to enable access for everyone, everywhere on Earth, by sea, in the air and even over the poles. 6. OneWeb understands space is a shared, natural resource that must be protected like any other. We are passionate about preventing debris creation, respecting existing space assets, and ensuring a safe and sustainable space (and Earth!) environment for the future. 7. OneWeb is possible because of an array of excellent partners and investors who are committed to helping make our mission possible. Proprietary. All Rights Reserved. OneWeb ©2017
