22 WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
Are 100 percent of the prospects chosen men of good mental capacity, good moral character, and do they have a desire to serve humanity? Ask yourself these three questions: Is this candidate someone I would take home to my family as a brother? Is this candidate someone I would like to have a life-time bond with? Is this candidate someone I could introduce to my baby sister or daughter and accept as my son-in-law or brother-in-law? Did the Process Establish a Stronger Brotherhood and More Camaraderie?  Do the New Members have a Full Understanding and Appreciation of the History of the Fraternity and The Fraternity’s Role in Society?  Did the Process Increase scholarship of those involved?  Will the Process Ensure the Financial and Active Participation and overall Retention of Members?

23 Why this will succeed You believe strongly in the good work being done by our fraternity and your Chapter. You recognize that we face challenges, but that the fraternity as a whole is taking them on and being successful. You know your role in ensuring that our Fraternity attracts the right caliber of men. You now have the tools to succeed. You will succeed and ultimately Omega Psi Phi succeeds. LET’S GET BUSY! Questions?
