Subject Data Background
The values available in Scheduler were originally determined based on NIH reporting requirements. We have found that they do not match exactly with what’s currently in Epic at our institutions. Fields Gender Race Ethnicity State Country Questions What is needed from an operational and scheduling perspective? What is needed from an NIH or other reporting perspective?

Visit Blocks Use Case 1: CRC Staff Use Case 2: Study Staff
Block spots for studies that are or will be difficult to schedule or visits that need to happen at a certain time. Use Case 2: Study Staff Find and block some available time slots to have available when calling and recruiting subjects for that day. Restrictions for consideration: Block limits per study staff AND/OR per study Block expirations (2 hrs, nightly, etc.) Prototype Demo Schedule without a subject Swap in/out subjects Planned for Phase 1 Considered for a later phase
