The student remains concurrently enrolled at the home institution.

Home school sends the student on a program with a study abroad organization that represents one or more foreign schools.
Written agreement must describe the duties and responsibilities of each entity.

This foreign site is an additional location under 34 CFR if they provide at least 50% instruction for the program.
