Continued service comes out of a growth in spirituality.
Set goals prayerfully.

5. What states can do:
Build spiritual activities into all state events: conventions, training, workshops, board meetings, etc.
Host state or area-wide spiritual activities: retreats, speakers, rosaries and prayer services.

6. What states can do:
Teach the relationship between spirituality and service in workshops and training sessions.
Remind local courts that are hosting recruitment activities that women are searching for God.
