Ongoing Support Activities Air Managers and State Caucus Implementation Work Group Focus on feedback to WRAP forums Tribal Caucus Liaison Communication ClearView Newsletter Expand IWG webpage RE: Air Managers support is shared with the tribal caucus coordinator RE: IWG support is jointly with Bob. Work from AofH and TSS is fed into IWG RE: Tribal Caucus Liaison is as needed. Example: reviewed Tribal Data Development project for tracking state SIP documents for early identification of potential tribal issues. RE: Clearview-routine-More or less a monthly newsletter RE: Expanded IWG webpage-to maintain up-to-date information on state progress and centralized location for important reports, policies, determinations, BART clearinghouse will likely be on Stationary Sources Forum webpage.

WRAP Workgroups and Ad Hoc Activities Attribution of Haze/Technical Support System workgroups PM NAAQS comments final-tribes HQ Consultation Guidance comments final-WRAP IMPROVE Network Reduction comments final-AMC Regional Haze Implementation Cost Survey-IWG RE: AofH/TSS-focus on keeping work products useable by planners. AofH II is due for release mid-October. It will be refined with more up-to-date data, and fresh appearance in some presentations. TSS is main portal through which planners can see emissions, air quality. It is interactive through the Weight of Evidence Checklist being tested in several states now. RE: PM NAAQS letter- States did not sign on to draft letter, though a lot of input and comments from states were used to finalize it. It wound up as a generic letter with 5 tribal signatures. RE: WRAP letter on HQ draft consultation guidance- signed by WRAP co-directors Pat Cummins and Lewis McLeod RE: IMPROVE network letter sent to Jkurtzweg and RBrenner- signed by AMC co-chairs Margie Perkins and Randy Ashley (in notebook). Similar technical letter sent to MPitchford by TOC RE: Regional Haze Implementation Cost survey underway-sent to IWG and directors as FYI. Also asks for costs w/o WRAP to help case that WRAP should still be supported (refer to WESTAR letter)
