7 Training Program Summary of FY2015 Activities Joint Training Committee (AAPCA, NACAA, EPA) National Training Strategy Goals: Understand: Understand the priority training needs of air quality agency professionals Provide: Provide training opportunities that meet the priority needs of air quality agency professionals Utilize: Utilize course materials that are up-to-date, accurate, complete, and easy to use Conduct: Conduct all training using recognized subject matter experts and effective teachers Deliver: Deliver effective and cost-efficient training through the use of existing, new and emerging technologies where appropriate
