2. Estimating Pomegranate Seeds: Each child in the Dolphin Class guessed how many pomegranate seeds they thought were contained in a single piece of the fruit by looking only at the two halves. After writing their names in one column and their number estimate in the other, we compared our guesses.
הערכת מספר גרגרי הרימון: כל ילד מכתת הדולפינים ניחש כמה גרגרים יש ברימון ע"י התבוננות בשני חצאי רימון.אחרי שכתבו את שמם בטור אחד ואת המספר שהעריכו בטור השני, השוו הילדים בין הניחושים שלהם.

3. Later we actually counted every single seed
 Later we actually counted every single seed.  Although we didn't quite get the 613 seeds like the commandments we were hoping for, we came close with a whopping 520 pomegranate seeds!
לאחר מכן ספרנו את כל הגרגרים. למרות שלא קיבלנו 613 גרגרים כמו שכתוב בצוות אכילת הרימון, הגענו קרוב עם המספר הענק של 520 גרגרים!

Each child measured a friend by having them lay down and placing apples from their feet to their heads.

5. Each of the children in the class measured between 12 and 16 apples tall! אורך כל ילד בכיתה שלנו היה בין 12 ל-16 תפוחים!

6. Family Apple Trees :The children painted each others' feet to make footprints for the trunks of their trees 
עץ התפוחים המשפחתי: הילדים צבעו את כפות הרגלים האחד לשני, בכדי ליצור את גזע העץ האישי שלהם מעקבות רגליהם.

7. They painted their hands to make the hand printed branches
They painted their hands to make the hand printed branches.  Later that week, the parents came to school for Open House night and they painted their hands green to hand print the leaves on their children's trunks and branches.  The next day the children dipped their fingers in red paint to complete their family apple trees for Rosh Hashanah
הם צבעו את ידיהם ויצרו ענפים. בהמשך השבוע ההורים הגיעו לבית הספר, צבעו את ידיהם בירוק ויצרו את העלים בעבודה של ילדיהם שכבר הכילה גזע וענפים .
למחרת הילדים טבלו את אצבעותיהם בצבע אדום והשלימו את עץ התפוחים המשפחתי לראש השנה

8. Rosh Hashanah Greeting Card Mural The children in the Dolphin Class added white feathers to the outline of a Dove, which symbolizes peace. 
כרטיס הברכות לראש השנה שיקשט את הקיר שלנו:
הילדים בכיתת הדולפינים הדביקו נוצות לבנות בתוך קווי המתאר של היונה הלבנה, המסמלת שלום!

10. Once the large dove was completed each child colored a smaller dove gold or silver, glued it onto the mural and the teacher wrote each of their New Year's greeting below it.
כשסיימנו להכין את היונה הגדולה, כל ילד צבע יונה קטנה בצבע כסף או זהב, והדביק אותה על הפוסטר הגדול שייצרנו המורה כתבה מתחת ליונים הקטנות את ברכות הילדים לשנה החדשה.
