3. שלבי הפרויקט איסוף חומרים כגון בקבוקים, עיתונים וקרטונים מכל הבתים. מיון החומרים עטיפת כל גלגל ברשת לולים וסידור הגלגלים בצורות שונות. הכנסת פסולת ממוחזרת לכל גלגל. יציקת בטון לתוך הצמיגים כך שיכסה את כל הפסולת הוספת עוד שיכבה של חרסית(עדין לא נעשה) צביעה וקישוט. For English:
