Understand the process for signing up students in the program
Complete the enrollment process of students in the program

4. Inquiry- Hall of Resources
Open forum set-up with booths
Usually in a gymnasium or cafeteria
Set-up with signage, brochures and flyers
Staff at all times to address questions

5. Inquiry- Presentations
Present program information to a group of parents
Be prepared with presentation script, brochures and flyers
Address questions after the presentation

6. Inquiry- Telephone Calls
Return calls within 24 hours
Put parents at ease
Ask questions
Discuss program and key features
Address questions

7. Sign-up
Parents make their selection for a provider and submit it to the district.
Providers are notified of the students they will have for the session by the district.

8. Enrollment of Students
Enrollment occurs either before or during the first class
