2 Requesting Leave In this topic you will learn how to request leave, both full days and partial days. In this topic you will learn how request leave, both full days and partial days.

3 IMPORTANT NOTE: Leave requests must be requested, approved and submitted BEFORE your timesheet for the corresponding pay period is submitted. In this topic you will learn how request leave, both full days and partial days.

9 Enter the leave start date into the “Start Date” field

13 Enter the desired information into the “Duration” field

14 Click the “Calculate End Date” button

25 Click on the drop down box in the “Partial Days” field
Click on the drop down box in the “Partial Days” field. The “Start and End Days” option allows you to enter consecutive partial days. If you are only entering 1 partial day, you would use the “Start Day Only”. If you need to enter partial leave on non-consecutive days, you must enter separate leave requests. In this example, we are requesting leave for two consecutive half-days. Click on the drop down box in the “Partial Days” field. The “Start and End Days” option allows you to enter consecutive partial days. If you are only entering 1 partial day, you would use the “Start Day Only” or the “End Day Only” depending on what part of the day you want to take leave. If you need to enter partial leave on non-consecutive days, you must enter separate leave requests. In this example, we are requesting leave for two consecutive half-days.

26 Enter the desired information into the “Start Day Hours” and “End Day Hours” fields. Then enter the total number of hours requested in the “Duration” field. Click the “Calculate End Date” button.
