Information Sessions November 18th, 2010 General information about the program. May 18th, 2010 Information for enrolled students about the arrival. Coordination Weekly meetings with ITESM people. to students that requested information. Brochures sent to different places in Mexico.

Arrival We sent a letter to every student enrolled to help them with their clearance at customs. Some arrived to Knoxville and others to Nashville, we picked them up using UT’s transportation.

Residence Hall Students were staying at Laurel Residence Hall:
1615 Laurel Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37916 Newly renovated in 2008 total investment of 20.5 mill. usd. ( Located 10 minutes far from their classroom.

Final Presentations and Awards
2 teams presented in companies and at UT. SL Tennessee – President of the organization in North America, as well as the top management for the Tennessee location attended. Children’s Hospital – The top management, as well as the stakeholders of the process being analyzed attended. 1 team and the individual presented only at UT. Children’s Hospital – Lean coordinator at the hospital attended. Fulton Bellows – President of the company and Materials Manager attended. Final grades were provided by each company’s representatives, with highly satisfactory results. Awards: Semi-gala dinner. Diplomas were awarded.
