2018 Open enrollment will be available on both the employer and consumer portal November 1, 2017
Flex re-enrollment information
Complete and return “Flex re-enrollment information” document by 10/20/2017
Review training videos on options for an easy and simple open enrollment

Choose re-enrollment meeting date and time if you want one
Choose input method
Follow deadline dates to ensure easy and accurate open enrollment

4. 2018 Open Enrollment Input Method 3 options
Preferred Method – Online open enrollment through employee portal. This provides the best user experience for the participant and the administrator. It allows participants to enroll directly online while an administrator can review when the process is complete. It puts total control in your hands while taking entry off your plate!
Online open enrollment through employer portal - provides more control over the process by allowing an administrator to key enrollments. Better for groups that are less technology savvy.
Excel spreadsheet/import – allows you to collect open enrollment data and upload it in a spreadsheet import.

5. 2018 Open Enrollment Dates to remember
Flex re-enrollment information sheet due 10/20/2017
Open enrollment will be active 11/01/2017
Excel sheets due by 12/08/2017
Online enrollments complete by 12/15/2017

6. 2018 Open Enrollment Debit Card Information
All existing employees enrolled in applicable plans will already have debit cards. Debit cards are good for three years.
New hires and new participants will receive their debit card by 01/10/18 if enrollment is completed by 12/15/17
Debit cards will be received by 1/01/18 if enrollment is completed by 12/8/17
