3. What is this course about?
In this course, you will learn the fundamental principles and concepts of computer networks. The Internet’s architecture and protocols will be used to reinforce the fundamental principles.
Key concepts will be introduced in the lectures. You will have to read the text for details.
This course is a first course in Networks. We will not cover everything about networks.
Advanced networking course in CPSC: 641,
This course is not about building, running, or deploying networks.
