-What does your consumer like/dislike? -What are they interested in? -What do they value? -Is your product something they could use? Do they use something similar? -What use would they get out of your product? -How soon would they use your product? Now? Later?

-What do your competitors do on social media? -What value do they bring? -Who are their followers? -What type of consumer engages with them?
