1. TRAINING CENTRE FOR CIVIL PROTECTION AND DISASTER RELIEF The centre is located 15 km southeast from Ljubljana.

2. TRAINING CENTRE ˝Tower˝ built for training from heights. ˝High ruin˝ with outside surfaces designed for rescuing from and out of the building. ˝Covered pool˝ and ˝natural pond˝ used for water-rescue training.

3. TRAINING CENTRE ˝Fire-fighting polygon˝ for training fire-fighters in real situation. ˝Ruin village˝ for searching and rescuing victims with dog handlers. ˝Polygon˝ for fire-fighters rescuing from car accidents.

4. EDUCATION AND TRAINING The following participants are educated and trained in the Training Centre:  the members of the Civil Protection units, services and agencies  the members of the operative units, services and NGO’s  the members of the economic companies, associations and other organisations dealing with the rescue and relief  citizens whom the objection of conscience of military service is acknowledged  inhabitants

5. ALTERNATIVE CIVILIAN SERVICE conscientious objectors may perform alternative civil service in the area of protection and rescue CIVIL SERVICE CENTER FOR PROTECTION AND RESCUE
