11. Summary of the DDP process
Complete Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by month 1
At the end of each year, submit an updated TNA to the department
When submitting your confirmation review report, submit your ePortfolio summary to the department
At month 36, submit your ePortfolio summary to the DDP team

12. ePortfolio Keep a record of all your training activities
Include a summary of your monthly training in your progress reports to supervisory team
