Create the right climate and conditions for honest evaluations to be shared with stakeholders. Collaboration in agreeing School Improvement Priorities. Ensure the Professional Review and Development process supports practitioners in the achievement of priorities and offers true distributive leadership responsibilities. “RACI” Groups- the development of Capital and Teacher Agency to bring about sustainable improvement based on a model of Distributive Leadership and rigorous Self-evaluation

What informs my thinking when planning my priorities for future professional learning and development? As a result of my professional learning, how has my practice developed in order to improve outcomes for all learners? How do I know? What evidence of impact do I have? What does this tell me about my practice? How will I systematically gather and analyse evidence of impact?
