Let’s quickly go over what we hope you will take away from today’s presentation. This webinar will help us: Understand the challenges in attracting new members into Rotary Learn about what other clubs are doing successfully And Explore ideas that could work for you/your club

4 Zone Realignment - 2020 Zone 28 will become known as Zone 29.
The 12 districts currently in Zone 28 will remain together and five districts will be added including South Dakota, parts of Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska. It will also include Kansas and part of Oklahoma. JENNIFER In , I was a young club President in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. That year our international President was Rick King. We were the Regal Eagles. He set forward a most ambitious goal that year – that each club regardless of size would net one new member per month. No matter that the size of your club this was a daunting task. My own club had 38 members and I knew that if I went back and started saying week and after week that we needed “net one new member a month” – my club members were going to shut down. I needed to think of an approach that would work for us – and there were no easy answers. I decided instead to focus on setting the tone and injecting more fun into our meetings. We had a strong history of leadership but I new I needed to do something different. I decided to open each meeting by recognizing a Rotarian of the Week.
