Maximize your buildable lot. Where’s the view? Too close to the road? Up hill or downhill? That’s your neighbors land! What’s a drainfield?

3 How close is too close? Legal requirement is 8 meters from any road way. Is the road straight? How do you draw a line that parallels it? What is your scale? 1cm = 2 meters

This requires two septic drain-fields of 135 m2 in any shape. Must be inside the setbacks.
